Welcome to thinksn. thinksn is an independent project, built and operated by a single developer rather than a company. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the thinksn website located at thinksn.com and all related services (collectively, the "Service"). User accounts

You may use the Service without creating an account. An anonymous identifier is assigned automatically. If you create an account (by email, with an optional passkey for faster sign-in next time), you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under it. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use thinksn to:

• Generate, distribute, or promote content that is illegal, harmful, defamatory, obscene, or harassing.

• Attempt to circumvent rate limits, security measures, or authentication systems.

• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Service without written permission.

• Use the Service to train competing AI models without written permission.

• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation.

• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service or its infrastructure.

• Use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for any violation of these rules.

Intellectual property

The thinksn name, logo, application design, and underlying technology are owned by thinksn and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Service without our written consent.

Networks generated through the Service are produced by AI in response to your inputs. You retain the right to use the outputs for personal, educational, or research purposes. You may not represent AI-generated outputs as original human-authored work in contexts where that distinction matters.

User content

Queries you submit ("User Content") remain yours. By submitting User Content, you grant thinksn a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use that content to provide and improve the Service, including training AI models. We will not publicly attribute User Content to you without your consent.

You are responsible for ensuring that your User Content does not violate any third-party rights or applicable law.

AI-generated content disclaimer

Semantic networks and reports generated by thinksn are produced by AI and may contain inaccuracies, omissions, or outdated information. They are intended to support thinking and exploration, not to provide definitive factual, legal, medical, or financial advice. Do not rely solely on thinksn outputs for consequential decisions. Verify important information with authoritative sources.

Third-party services

The Service integrates third-party services including Google reCAPTCHA, Firebase Authentication, Google Analytics, and advertising networks. Your use of those services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of third-party providers.

Advertising

thinksn displays sponsored links to support the cost of operating the Service. These are served by third-party ad networks (Monetag) and are clearly labeled. We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements.
