Welcome to thinksn. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the thinksn website and services. By accessing or using thinksn, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Use of the Service

• You must be at least 13 years old to use thinksn.
• Free, Sponsored Service: thinksn is offered free of charge and may include clearly labeled sponsored or recommended links.
• You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes.
• You are responsible for your activity on the platform, including anonymous use.

3. Sponsored Links & Cookies

thinksn may display clearly labeled sponsored or recommended links to support the operation of the service. These links are contextual and not based on behavioral profiling.

• No Advertising Cookies: We do not set cookies for behavioral tracking, cross-site profiling, or targeted advertising.
• Functional Storage Only: We may use cookies or browser storage solely to maintain authentication state, session context, and security, such as storing a JWT token.
• No Third-Party Ad Scripts: We do not run third-party advertising scripts or trackers on thinksn.
• Clicking a sponsored link takes you to an external site governed by its own policies.
• Sponsored links do not constitute endorsements unless explicitly stated.

4. Authentication & Access

• Anonymous Use: You may use thinksn without an account. Data may be tied to a temporary session identifier.
• Passwordless Login: Optional login via magic key, email, or passkey may be used to persist data across sessions.
• You are responsible for securing access to your email and registered devices.

5. Intellectual Property

• All platform code, interface design, and generated semantic network structures are owned by thinksn or its licensors.
• You retain rights to your original input but grant thinksn a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use it for operating and improving the service. Where your query is generic and contains no personal information, and subject to our automated privacy filter, thinksn may additionally publish that query and its resulting network as publicly accessible content. You are informed of this at the point of query entry.

6. User Conduct

• You may not submit unlawful, abusive, or harmful content.
• You may not attempt to disrupt, scrape, or reverse-engineer the service.
• You agree to respect the rights and intellectual property of others.

7. Privacy

8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

• thinksn is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind.
• We make no guarantees regarding accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any purpose.
• You assume full responsibility for decisions or actions taken based on the platform’s output.

9. Sharing & Forfeiture of Exclusivity

• Public Disclosure: Sharing a link is an intentional act of public disclosure. By generating a link, you forgo the right to exclusive control over who views that specific network.
• Irrevocability: Shared links are irrevocable. Once a link is generated, it will remain live for as long as it receives traffic.
• Abandonment: Removing a shared network from your Library constitutes abandonment of that record. Abandoned records are purged only after 30 days of zero traffic.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
