Terms of Service
Effective Date: May 15, 2026
1. Introduction
Welcome to thinksn. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the thinksn website and services. By accessing or using thinksn, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. Use of the Service
- You must be at least 13 years old to use thinksn.
- Free, Sponsored Service: thinksn is offered free of charge and may include clearly labeled sponsored or recommended links.
- You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes.
- You are responsible for your activity on the platform, including anonymous use.
3. Sponsored Links, Cookies & Tracking
thinksn may display clearly labeled sponsored or recommended links to support the operation of the service. Sponsored links are served through our advertising partner Monetag.
- No advertising scripts on thinksn: we do not run third-party advertising or tracking scripts on thinksn pages. Sponsored links appear as ordinary links.
- Click-time redirect: when you click a sponsored link, you are redirected through Monetag, which may set cookies on its own domain and process information about that click for advertiser attribution. The destination site is then governed by its own policies. Sponsored links do not constitute endorsements unless explicitly stated.
- Functional storage only on thinksn: we use cookies or browser storage on this domain solely to maintain authentication state, session context, and security (for example, storing a JWT token), and — with your consent — to load Google Analytics.
- Consent & revocation: our consent banner lets you accept or refuse analytics cookies, and you can change your choice at any time.
- No cross-site behavioral profiling by thinksn: we do not build user profiles or share your account email or query content with advertisers.
4. Authentication & Access
- Anonymous Use: you may use thinksn without an account. Data may be tied to a temporary session identifier.
- Passwordless Login: optional login via magic link, email, or Passkey may be used to persist data across sessions.
- You are responsible for securing access to your email and registered devices.
5. Intellectual Property & Your License to thinksn
- All platform code, interface design, and underlying network-generation technology are owned by thinksn or its licensors.
- You retain rights to your original input. By submitting a query, you grant thinksn a
non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use that input to:
- operate the service for you, including generating, storing, and displaying your network;
- improve the service through evaluation, debugging, and abuse prevention; and
- where your query is generic and contains no personal information, publish the query text and its resulting network in our public library, subject to the safeguards in section 6.
- Networks generated by the service are AI-generated outputs. thinksn makes no exclusive ownership claim over them as creative works; you may use your own networks freely.
6. The Public Library
Generic, non-personal questions and the networks they produce form thinksn's public library. This section sets out how publication works.
- What appears publicly: only the question text and the AI-generated network. Your identity, account, email, session, and IP are not published.
- Screening & review delay: queries are screened by an automated filter and held for at least 24 hours before becoming public. Items that appear to contain personal information about you or identifiable third parties, or that name a private living individual, are excluded.
- Per-query opt-out: you can mark any query private at submission. Private queries are never published.
- Networks are AI-generated: published networks are produced by a large language model from public-domain information. They are not editorial positions of thinksn, may contain errors, and are not professional advice (financial, legal, medical, or otherwise). Every public page carries a disclaimer to that effect.
- Your content responsibilities: you must not submit queries that contain personal information about identifiable individuals (yourself or others), defame any person, infringe intellectual property, or violate applicable law. Doing so is a breach of these Terms and may result in suspension.
- Takedown: any person — the original asker, a person named, or a rights holder — may request removal of a published item by emailing support@thinksn.com with the URL. We aim to action requests within 5 business days, and faster where the matter is urgent (alleged defamation, privacy intrusion, or imminent harm). This right is in addition to any statutory rights you may have, including under the GDPR/UK GDPR.
7. User Conduct
- You may not submit unlawful, abusive, or harmful content.
- You may not submit personal information about identifiable individuals, whether yourself or others, that you would not want to appear in a public library.
- You may not submit queries crafted to defame or harass an identifiable person.
- You may not attempt to disrupt, scrape, or reverse-engineer the service.
- You agree to respect the rights and intellectual property of others.
8. Privacy
thinksn collects only the data necessary to operate the service and maintain the public library. Details are described in our Privacy Policy.
9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
- thinksn is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind.
- We make no guarantees regarding accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any purpose. Networks are AI-generated and may be wrong; do not rely on them as professional advice.
- You assume full responsibility for decisions or actions taken based on the platform's output.
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, thinksn shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law (including, for consumers, statutory rights that cannot be waived).
10. Sharing & Removal
- Sharing creates independent copies: when you share a network via a sharecode, you are not just granting view access. Each time someone redeems your sharecode, an independent copy of the network is created in their library (or anonymous session). The recipient becomes the steward of that copy.
- Identities are not exchanged: sharers do not see who has redeemed their code, and recipients do not see who shared it with them.
- Onward use, modification & re-sharing: recipients may keep, modify, and re-share their copy. By generating a sharecode, you grant other thinksn users a perpetual, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to view, modify, and re-share the resulting copies. Only share networks where you are comfortable with this.
- Persistence & expiration: sharecodes themselves are permanent, but each individual copy is subject to the 30-Day Rule described in our Privacy Policy — a copy not accessed for 30 consecutive days is permanently deleted.
- Public library items are separate from sharecodes. Public items live in the library indefinitely until takedown (see section 6).
- Effect of account deletion: deleting your account does not delete copies that other users have already redeemed. Those copies remain with their respective holders.
- Removing your own copy: you can delete any network from your own library at any time. Doing so removes it for you, but does not affect copies others may have already redeemed or public-library entries already published.
- Reporting problematic content: if you receive — or come across — a shared or published network that is unlawful, abusive, infringes your rights, or inadvertently contains personal information about you, contact support@thinksn.com or use the Help & Contact page. We will investigate and, where appropriate, remove the network and any copies we can identify.
11. Children
thinksn is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has used the service, please contact support@thinksn.com.
12. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except that consumers may bring proceedings in the courts of their country of residence where required by mandatory local law.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced via a notice on the site, and where appropriate by email to registered users, before they take effect. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
14. Contact
